2. SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. The price you see is the price you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends
or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Orders ship from our warehouse in the United States and typically arrive
within 3 to 8 business days after processing. This is an estimate, not a
guarantee — carrier delays happen, particularly around holidays.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the
warehouse. If it hasn't arrived after 14 business days, email
support@tryshedly.com and we will chase the carrier or resend the order.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. We can correct it if you email us within
12 hours of ordering. After that the parcel is with the carrier.
Customs and duties
None. Your order ships domestically within the United States.
